After receipt of the parcel, the customer checks the contents. If the customer finds any irregularities, inaccuracies, he will contact the seller, TOTAL MEAT SOLUTIONS, to solve the problems. The notification can be sent by e-mail to office@marbleangus.com, within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
As a general rule, enshrined in O.U.G. no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as subsequently amended and supplemented, food products sold through the website are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Products marketed through www.marbleangus.com cannot be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Returning the products will be made only in person, to the address TOTAL MEAT SOLUTIONS in Joseni, sat. Borzont, road Bucin, nr. 220 and accompanied by the tax invoice and/or the accompanying document(s). In advance, the customer must inform TOTAL MEAT SOLUTIONS of his/her intention to return the goods by phone +40 752 206 206 817 or by e-mail at office@marbleangus.com, after which a return number will be assigned.
Reimbursement of the product value will be made at the price indicated on the invoice / tax voucher accompanying the product and will be made on the spot or by virmanet within 24h to the bank account indicated by the customer.

The information presented on the website is for information purposes only and may be modified by TOTAL MEAT SOLUTIONS without prior notice. Also, for reasons of space and coherence of the information structure, product descriptions may be incomplete, but TOTAL MEAT SOLUTIONS endeavors to present and transmit the most relevant information about the products sold. If the product ordered does not comply with the specifications on the website or in the offer, it may be returned and the customer may choose to replace the product or receive a full refund. If the parties choose to replace the product and the value of the replaced product is less, the customer will be refunded the amount paid in excess. TOTAL MEAT SOLUTIONS shall bear the costs of return and transportation, if applicable.
You can complain about this and ask for the product to be returned and replaced with a new one.
If you have been delivered a product other than the one you ordered, please notify us as soon as possible in order to return the product and have it replaced with the correct one. TOTAL MEAT SOLUTIONS will bear all return and transportation costs of the correct product.

In all the above cases, products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, in the original packaging and accompanied by all accessories, original documents and packaging in which they were received. Damage to the products or packaging may result in refusal of return.
